I wanted to but the 'Exmoor' designl, for which Amazon said UK size 11 was available (EU size 46). After two attempts and receiving each time size 10.5 (EU size 45) I found from the Grisport site that they do not make EU 46 in that design. So switched to the 'Dartmor'' design, size 11 (EU 46). In fact the fit of these is not noticeable different from the previous size 45, but after dithering I bought them. I've now walked about70 miles in them (much of this on moderately hilly paths in Surrey/Sussex/Kent) and they are OK. One feature is that the indentations in the Vibram soles are very wide, so they don't collect stones but it means you are standing on a very bumpy surface. (No spaced for another insole.) Thought this might be a problem, but I no longer notice it.
