These shoes are a perfect blend of classic style and beautiful craftsmanship. I thought the monk strap would be a nice choice to change up my dress shoe game... and I was right :)The color is very true to the product images - warm and rich tan/brown.The shoes are quite tapered at the tip (which I find more flattering) but are still wide enough through the middle to accommodate my wide feet. This was my first time wearing the monk strap style... and I noticed that the fit may be a little less customizable than a standard lace up shoe, since the buckle closures only have so many settings (and I was on the tightest setting). I wonder how this might play out when the shoes break in a bit more.The shipping time was quick, customer service professional, and presentation/packaging surprisingly luxurious. Great brand and product.I love these boots. The “Monks Strap” and buckle set it off very well without ruining the overall look. They are comfortable to wear & the period of adjustment for your feet is minimal. The fit is as it should be. At first they are a little tight; but it’s due to the leather. Sizes are correct. The quality and price are about right. So many of these types of ankle boots for me are overpriced. But not these. I can’t wait to wear them more once the pandemic is over.I’m not usually a big risk taker when it comes to buying shoes. I usually stick with the standard styles but I decided to try something a little different this time and I wasn’t disappointed. Not only are these shoes beautiful but the wrapping in the box was on point. When I unboxed these shoes it was obvious that I was getting quality shoes.I was a little nervous about buying shoes online without trying them on for size first but these fit like a charm. I’m definitely excited about getting the chance to wear these out to show them off.Shoes came in 2 days as expected which I was super happy about and they fit perfectly! Really impressed by the packaging and the fact that each shoe came in a shiny silver bag that I can use for safe keeping. Also really enjoyed that they come with a show horn, which is definitely something you need to keep the shoes in their best shape! I've only worn them a few times so far, but haven't had any trouble breaking them in - which is also a huge plus when it comes to buying leather shoes!I was seriously impressed with the quality and fit of the Allonsi leather double monk strap boot! I’m anywhere from an 8.5 - 9.5 in most dress shoes, and the 9 for me fit spot on. With a lot of nice leather dress shoes, you have to wear them in a bit before they’re truly comfortable. But I’ll say, that these were quite comfortable even on my very first wear. I’d highly recommend these shoes if you’re looking for a stylish, quite affordable option.I recently purchased these shoes for a formal event I was attending. The leather is nice and supple, and the details, like the stitching and the red inner sole make the shoes even more special. I easily pair them with jeans or dress pants and always get compliments on them. Definitely a must-have!Super stylish and great quality. Will last years!! The only thing I’d say is to size up if you have wider feet because they’re a little narrow but super nice and sleek looking!!
