So Danca Women's Open Toe Ballroom Dance Shoes with 1.5" Heel - Latin Salsa Tango Practice & Performance Shoes for Professional Dancers

The shoes were worn only a few times in dance class, fit fine, however the heel did not hold up and is need of replacement. This should not have happened with a quality product. I would like a refund or a replacement. The shoes cannot be worn on the ballroom floor. The return window is too short for this unforeseen problem. the product was clearly inferior and and should be replaced. Please advise
