I walk 3.5 to 4 miles daily on a hilly trail close to my home. I have been extremely pleased with the LA Sportiva trail runners I have purchased. I have never experienced any foot or joint problems since I switched to these shoes. THANK YOU, LA Sportiva!!!Should of gone up in 1/2 size a bit narrow and feels short in toeWay small, I used to wear a 9, now I go for 9.5 in all my road and trail running shoes. I went up to 9.5+ (there is an additional size in between with +) and it fit like a small 9. I would need at least 10 maybe 10.5 in these. Otherwise the shoe is well constructed with a good sole for trails.Gives best support I’ve ever known.I have this shoe i the celery color, very comfortable for both trail and road running. Traction is great i would purchase again in blue
