Love these shoes ❤️I returned my pair z wrong style/size for my friendSo I bought a black pair of these shoes for school and stuff and I ended up receiving the wrong color, it was still in good shape but I was disappointed that it came in the wrong color so I couldn't use them.I liked the style, too tight for me and it dug into my skin the first 10 minutes of walking in them.This is a very popular style sneaker. I get a lot of nice commence about this very cute sneaker.I am a long-time wearer. With this kind of shoe it is good to keep in mind that it was originally designed for skateboarding. It is a wide shoe and flat, meant to keep contact with the board. Nothing fancy. For those of us that grew up in a skateboarding culture, well, it's nostalgic. Sort of like their opposite numbers, old Converse basketball shoes, which are narrow and flexible by comparison. Hope that helps...Have always loved the look of these! However they left the worst blisters on my heels ?I can’t even tell you how much I love these. I’ve finally found a shoe that’s narrow enough for my feet. They seem to be made well, I will update in six months. Cut to October and they’re still going strong. Completely in tact just dirty from wear and tear.I'd like to point out that I would have given this product 5 stars if they had fitted my Father as well as I'd hoped...it is neither Vans or the sellers fault as the description and delivery were great. My aged Father has a high arched foot, so despite the size being ok. he found them uncomfortable and probably will never wear them. I wear Vans all the time and know that after a while, they conform to the wearers foot albeit a bit snug. Just a word of caution if you have very wide or high arched feet these probably aren't the best option; and I would probably move a half to a full size up especially if you wear thick socksThese shoes are FAKE FAKE FAKE. No debate. I ordered these shoes (size 8.5) from Amazon after ordering the "exact" same shoes too large (size 9) from Vans - I wanted them to take on holiday and these shoes had next day delivery and a lower price so win-win right?? No. As soon as I opened the box, the quality was so evidently different between the two pairs it was almost funny. The fakes are made from poorer materials, stuck together with glue and don't fit well or support the feet. differences include: different check pattern; faded checkerboard; made in Vietnam (fake) Vs Cambodia (real); poor stitching; different black stripe and white platform; indents on inner sole; and different boxes. I would have just risked it and kept them but they probably would have fallen apart in weeks. Having said that, without the two shoes to compare, it would have been hard to see any difference other than the indent on the sole but the quality and fit is undoubtedly worse.Moral of story: don't buy from a third party, buy from the acc store, and don't be attracted by a lower price.Well they were way to small length and width, i couldnt even get my foot in and ive not got wide feet…. sent straight backHMMM I LOVE Vans, (capitalised because I really do love them!). Only issue with these is the leather backing of the shoes is kind of like putting a chicken wire bandage on. After a day walking around London I had feet that resembled trench foot from world war one. I actually considered taking them off and walking home barefoot but then remembered that the streets of London are littered with all types of fetid objects (funnily enough I was told they were paved with gold!) so I struggled home. The relief of taking them off was ALMOST (see i've done it again with the caps!) worth ripping my achilles to bits.I love Vans (see my loves waning!) but these ones are made my sadomasochists so I will give them a lowly 3 starsThe look and fit of these slip-ons are great, i really liked the product and bought them twice. The only issue is that after a lot of use i found that a small hole started forming at the end of the shoes where the toe is. Not really sure if this was just an issue with my ones or a common issue.This has happened to both pairs that I ordered and also a black pair that I ordered.Either way the item was worn regularly and I got a lot of use out of them so although a bit annoying I can't fault the product as they lasted for a long time
